Capital City Dog Sport Association™ in St. Johns, Michigan is one of the oldest, well respected and most versatile competition dog training clubs in the country; whose purpose is to promote working dog sport activities in the United States and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at working dog trials and tests.
Our club is licensed for United Kennel Club Events (MI-115: Dogsport, Terrier Racing, Nosework, Dock Jumping, Shed Dog), French Ring (NARA), IGP (LV/DVG America IGP - DVG #11-1-73) and has been offering competition level protection dog training since 1979. We truly believe we are unparalleled by any other club in the United States for depth of experience in organized dog sport (French Ring, Campagne, UKC Dog Sport, SchH/IPO/IGP, PPDA-Personal Protection Dogs of America, NAPD-National Association of Protection Dogs, K9PS-K9 Pro Sports, UKC Terrier Racing, UKC Nosework, UKC Dock Jumping and UKC Shed Hunting.
